Shipping Policies

How do you ship the product?

All Melange Sucre products are shipped with care to ensure a perfect package. Products are wrapped in cool shield bubble and placed within the proper packing materials for extra protection.

Packaging is environmentally friendly:

• Boxes and product information pieces are made of recycled paper with soy based ink.
• Product trays, bags and shipping peanuts are biodegradable.

Standard Shipping

Shipping is via overnight or 2 day express, excluding Holidays. Orders are shipped within two business days of order confirmation. "Expected delivery dates" are not guaranteed delivery dates. Some packages may arrive sooner or later than specified. Delivery is not available on Sundays, Mondays or on Holidays.If necessary, an order can be shipped for Saturday Delivery. This adds to Overnight Delivery costs.

Delivery available to U.S. states only.

Destinations

Melange Sucre is unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations.
For orders going to Alaska and Hawaii, please see shopping cart for rates by geographical location.

Warm Weather Shipping

During Warm Weather all orders must be shipped via Warm Weather Delivery to avoid heat damage. Warm weather shipping, utilized at Melange Sucre discretion, includes overnight delivery and the use of packing materials to ensure that our products arrive in the best possible condition.

Melange Sucre is closed and does not ship on Federal holidays. Sales Tax will be added to orders in states that require sales tax to be paid. If you have any questions about these policies please contact Customer Service.

Can UPS leave the package without a signature?

It is always up to the discretion of the driver, but you can add a note to the package that requests UPS to leave the package on the first attempt with no signature. If your driver usually leaves your packages without a signature, chances are that he or she will probably leave your package. If your driver usually requires a signature, he or she will probably require a signature with this package as well.
